Equipment Financing
Equipment is the one asset most businesses finance badly. They pay cash they needed for working capital, or they take the vendor captive lease without shopping it. Neither is necessary.
SVS Finance places equipment finance from $250,000 to $10,000,000 and up, on new and used equipment, nationwide. No real property is pledged. The equipment itself is the collateral.

How It Is Structured
Equipment finance is not one product. The structure is chosen for how long you will hold the asset and what you want at the end of the term.
Fair Market Value Lease
The lowest payment, with the option to buy, renew or return the equipment at market value when the term ends.
Equipment Finance Agreement
A straight loan against the equipment. You own it from day one.
One Dollar Buyout Lease
Lease payments through the term, then you own the equipment outright for a dollar.
Open Residual
A balance is left at the end of the term, settled against the real value of the asset.
Balloon
Lower payments through the term, with a defined lump sum at maturity.
Sale-Leaseback
For equipment you already own. Sell it to the lender, lease it back, and take the proceeds as working capital. This is the one most owners have never been shown. If your equipment is paid off, it is idle collateral, and the proceeds can go anywhere the business needs them.
The Revenue Floor Is the Real Screen
This program is built for established operating companies, and the funding source wants at least $10,000,000 in gross annual sales in your last fiscal year. Below that we place equipment elsewhere. Tell us the size and we will say quickly whether it fits.
Industries We Finance
| Healthcare | Transportation |
| Construction | Software and Hardware |
| Manufacturing | And Others |
Recent fundings include food manufacturing, agricultural processing, energy and information technology.
What We Need to Get You a Quote
Equipment finance has the shortest submission list of anything we place.
| 1 | Three years of financial statements, plus any interim statements |
| 2 | A brief description of the equipment, the cost, and the vendor details |
That is genuinely all it takes to get to a credit decision. Interim statements matter, because they are what move a file quickly.
Common Questions
Can you finance used equipment?
Yes. Used equipment is financed routinely, and recent fundings include used manufacturing and agricultural equipment.
I already own my equipment. Can I raise money against it?
Yes, and that is a sale-leaseback. You sell the equipment to the lender and lease it back, keeping it in service the whole time, and take the proceeds as working capital.
Do I have to put up real estate?
No. The equipment secures the transaction.
What if my credit is not perfect?
A, B and C credits are all financed. The structure and the pricing change with the credit, but a bruised file is not automatically a decline.
